Senior Photos

We had the privilege of shooting senior photos for my (Lara's) cousin, Steph. Not only is she gorgeous, but her bubbly and warm personality shown through in all her photos. Some of the shots were done in Siesta Key Florida, which will make them unique among her classmates! (PS Gwen and I are happy to go on vacation with your family to do photos!) We had a great time~thanks Steph!!

On Your Toes

Pink Apple's newest genre of photography is dance. I (Lara) have always been obsessed with drawing and painting dancers, much like one of my favorite artists, Edgar Degas. In my senior art show, several of my charcoals and oil painting were of dancers. I love the grace and seeming ease of their movements. Both Gwen and I are also intrigued by placing something as beautiful as a ballet dancer in an industrial setting. This is definately a project that we want to continue to explore.

Lara and I (Gwen) are on a mission to lose weight! We want you who are struggling with losing weight, but just need a push, to join in our mission!

Here's the deal~Lara and I are going to take our pictures and post them along with our weight loss story. Each week we'll blog about how this journey is going: the ups & downs, what's working for us and what's not, as well as some fun recipes and workout tips. We want to create a network so we can all lean on each other to lose weight and become healthy. Being held accountable is something we both really need and we figured this is going to be the best way possible.

Here's how it works~We want to meet you and take your picture for the blog. We want to post it along with your weight loss story (which you can email to us). In addition, we will take your measurements when we take your photo (NO ONE WILL EVER KNOW THIS INFO! It's just to keep track of the weight loss). At the end of six months whomever loses the most weight not only get the satisfaction of weight loss, but we have some fantastic prizes!!!!
