Road Trip Shoot: Part 1 Crammer Family

This is one of the hardest posts I've (Lara) ever written. Not because I can't think of anything to say, but because I don't know the words to adequately describe how much this family means to me. Lisa and I have been friends since our freshman year of college and I literally cannot imagine my life without her or her family. I love all of them as though they were my own family (not so sure about Tim...kidding lemur!)~and they are some of the most fun, ornery people you've ever met. When I asked Gwen about doing this shoot in Kentucky, the best way I could sum it up was to tell her "We're gonna have more fun than you've had in a long time~be prepared to laugh until your stomach hurts, eat the best food ever, and enjoy Bob's keggerator"...and as usual, they did not disappoint!

Thank you to Bob, Jane, Lisa, Tim, Ellen & the boys for a wonderful weekend~we'll be back soon!!!

The whole Crammer Clan

Tim & Lisa in their natural state~harassing each other & loving every minute!

This is the essence of Bob Crammer~he will do almost anything to get a smile out of someone & has one of the biggest hearts of anyone I've ever met... plus he roasts a mean hog (just don't trust him if he tells you that eating the pig's eye will make you see the wind-he's lying...or so I've been told!)

Nate, Ellen, and Ty~check out those baby blues!

Road Trip Shoot: Part II Chase & Sawyer

While in Kentucky to shoot the Crammer family, we also had the pleasure of taking photos of the gorgeous Chase, Sawyer & their parents. I (Lara) had met Kim the previous winter and adored her fun personality and quick smile, so I knew this would be a really fun shoot! Chase & Sawyer were all boy and kept Gwen and I on our toes, but their smiles were so worth it! We would definitely travel anywhere to take photos of these handsome boys!!

Sawyer and his daddy Juston

Pretty sure Chase is saying something along the lines of "you talkin' to me??"

"Swing me higher Daddy!!"

Cuteness in the park!

I (Lara) realize that I'm completely biased, but what kind of aunt would I be if I didn't think my niece and nephew were the cutest kids?! So of course I jumped at the chance to photograph my brother, his girlfriend, and the kiddos recently at Forest Park in Noblesville. Fortunately the kids are used to me putting a camera in their face, so they're old pros at this!

Nicole and Matty make a great couple!!

I think this is right before I had to yell at Matty to quit making silly faces...geez, little brothers never quit giving their big sisters a hard time!!

Aidan is all boy! Anything to do with cars, dinosaurs or power tools ranks high on his list!!

Kaylee is almost seven and loves chocolate cupcakes, & dressing up like a princess~girl after my own heart!!

Movin' and Groovin'

Ladies and gentleman, we are going out of town this weekend for our first long distance photo shoot!!! We are so excited for our road trip to Kentucky!!! Lara's great friend Lisa has invited us to her parents house to do a big family shoot and we could not be more thrilled. We are going to do some prop searching on the way there and hopefully will come back with some treasures that you'll see in upcoming shoots, plus we'll be posting some photos of our adventures along the way!

In the coming months, we have some family, kids, maternity shoots, a few weddings and possibly a birth story!!!! We have so many fun shoots coming up and we can't wait to share them with you. Take this time to look over your summer schedule and see when you'd like to get in with us for a photo shoot. Can't wait to see you on the other side of the lens!!!!!
