Pink Apple recently teamed up with Zoe Renee Huse, Atelie Covers and Entourage Salon to photograph a Breakfast at Tiffany's themed shoot. Shooting in natural light is by far our preference and we had a ball in downtown Indy on this chilly afternoon. Thank you to all the models, designers, & stylists that worked so hard to pull this shoot together~it was fabulous!

Behind the Scenes
There is a lot of work that goes into any shoot and we'd like to say thank you to the team that helped make the Breakfast @ Tiffany's shoot so successful. Zoe Renee Ashley Huse was the stylist and ring leader of the whole shin dig. Eutemia Stockman was the designer and also served as a model (yeah, she's that talented). Entourage Hair Design provided all the hair and makeup~genuis as always! All of our models were gorgeous and well dressed (thank you again Zoe!). It was such an awesome experence to work with such a creative and talented team and both of us are so excited to work with them again!! The whole gang trying to unthaw in between locations

Indiana War Memorial
Gwen and I recently got to tour the Indiana War Memorial and both of us were completely blown away by this place. I've always loved history but as a general rule don't like photographing architechture because I can never seem to capture what the essence of a place conveys. But at the Indiana War Memorial, I literally couldn't stop taking photos. Everywhere you look in this place there is something splendid...even the bathroom is retro & fabulously cool! On a personal note, regardless of your politics, this place was built to honor fallen soldiers and to promote peace~both are something that we believe in. So take an afternoon and check it out for yourself!

Crazy Hot!
Brenda was another gorgeous girl to participate in our 2011 Boudoir Marathon and she was simply amazing. Not only does she have a slammin body (can you believe she has two kids? Yeah, us neither!) she's super sweet and so nice! We lucked out with the lighting on this shoot and all of these photos are shot with natural light, which is our absolute favorite. We also used some props made by Becky Maubach (fabulous artist & muralist)~contact us for her digits for any of your artistic needs!
Chic & Sexy
She's such a beautiful girl & we love her style!
Love the fedora!
We knew it was going to be an awesome shoot when this gorgeous blond walked in with her own set of golf clubs! Mandy was a blast to shoot and thank goodness she was such a good sport, 'cause we dragged the poor girl all around Indigo to capture some amazing shots in her fabulous blue dress. Gwen channeled some of her inner New Yorker and gave these shots a very urban feel. Mandy is as gorgeous as she fun times~definitely shows in her photos!
Love the fedora!
Wow...just plain Wow.
While we sincerely LOVE all of our clients (and especially these five fun girls!), there are some that induldge our funky & sometimes seemingly out there ideas...like the beautiful Miss Stefanie! She came to the shoot with an open mind and said, you guys can do whatever you want. Our response, "Really?!? Ok!!" Stefanie let us put her in scarves, a hunting cap, and even body paint. She is so gorgeous and we had a blast being creative with her boudoir session. Thank you for trusting our crazy ideas Stefanie! If we may say so, you look AMAZING!

The Ringleader
This is the gorgeous lady in charge of rounding up some amazing girls and booking the boudoir party. Mia came ready with an awesome playlist & bottles of wine which set the vibe for the whole shoot! She has a great sense of humor and her sense of fun & playfulness came across in her photos, as well as her beauty! XOXOXO Mia!! Love the rock & roll vibe of this photo!
Firecracker!
We recently held our 2nd annual Boudoir Marathon and it was awesome! Five friends booked a 'girls night party' and had their photos taken. Not only were these girls GORGEOUS, they were a blast! Joanna has a thing for vintage record players and vinyl records...love, love, love the vintage look of some of these photos. And the camera loves this girl-every photo was just breath taking!
Fairy Godmother of Hair
For anyone who knows me, I (Lara) get bored very easily, especially with my hair. I'm in the process of letting it grow out--big sigh here--and I'm SO over waiting. Soooo, my brilliant hairstylist (yes, Gwen is my stylist as well as business partner & one of my best friends) suggested that I try temporary extensions. She waved her magic scissors & voila~I have long hair!! Check out the results for yourself!...
